Warranty Conditions

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, do not accept the product by keeping a report. Any changes made to the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If you request the return of a product you purchased from our website, provided that it meets the return conditions within the scope of the distance sales contract and preliminary information form and is not an exception to the right of withdrawal, you must contact us via the online support section on our page or via the phone, WhatsApp or e-mail we have specified as contact information within 14 days from the date of delivery at the latest and obtain a return tracking number for the return process. The product you want to return or cancel must be sent to the address to be delivered to you in full, together with the invoice, delivery note, product box, if any, a gift, with all documents, by the contracted cargo company. Following these procedures, the product review will be carried out by our experts. In the said review, it is examined whether the return conditions have been met. If the return is approved, the price of the products will be returned to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if it was placed via money order/EFT. As for the product return conditions, the practices required by the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are essential.


Product Exchange Conditions

Provided that the exchange conditions are met within the scope of the distance sales contract and preliminary information form; if you request to exchange the product you purchased from our site, you must contact us via the online support section on our page or via the phone, WhatsApp or e-mail we have specified as contact information within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest and obtain a return tracking number for the exchange process. The product you request to exchange must be sent to the address to be delivered to you in full, together with the invoice, delivery note, product box (if any) and all documents, with the contracted cargo company. Following these procedures, the product review will be carried out by our experts. In the said review, it is examined whether the exchange conditions have been met. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. The store has the right to make a deduction from the fee for exchanges and returns of products that have been processed, changed or personalized upon the customer's request (ring size, model change, etc.). Specially modified products and products that have been used with special customer orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Products without an invoice, receipt or certificate cannot be replaced. The conditions for replacing a product are based on the practices required by Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
